Weekly Cake Order Load Sheet
A one-page planning sheet that lays out every custom cake due in a week with its hours, allergen flags and payment status, so overbooking shows up before it happens.

A calendar tells you what day a cake is due. It does not tell you that three of the cakes due Saturday each need five hours of decorating, that one of them has a nut allergy that means cleaning the kitchen first, or that two customers still have not paid a deposit. This load sheet puts all of that on one page for the week ahead so you can see the real load, not just the dates.
Fill in one row per order from your intake form or confirmation, then total the hands-on hours and compare them with the hours you can honestly give to cake work that week.
